At GUTSO, we are dedicated to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, due to the nature of our products and their specific shelf life, the following guidelines apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders.
Refund and Return Policy
We do not typically accept returns or refund requests once an order is delivered. However, in the following situations, we are happy to work with you to provide an amicable solution:
1. Damaged Product:
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Send an email to contact@drinkgutso.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product (from multiple angles)
• A video of the unboxing showing the damaged product
• Once we review the evidence, we will replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
• For orders containing multiple items, only the damaged product will be replaced.
2. Missing Product:
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send an email to contact@drinkgutso.com with the following details:
• Order number
• A video of the unboxing showing all sides of the box and the received items
• Upon verification, we will promptly send the missing product.
3. Spoiled or Quality-Issue Product:
If a product is found to have a quality issue or spoilage, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Send an email to contact@drinkgutso.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Batch code and manufacturing/packaging date of the product
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• After due investigation and validation, we will replace the product at our expense.
Process for Replacements:
• All replacement requests must be supported by proper evidence, such as photos and videos, to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
• Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
Additional Terms:
• GUTSO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product information, even after an order has been confirmed. Any payment made for such orders will be refunded.
• Customers are expected to adhere to this policy and agree not to hold GUTSO or its parent company liable for any losses incurred due to cancellations, returns, or refunds.
